When will i get my order?
What about returns, exchanges, and refunds?
Here at Illuminate Gallery we love online shopping and want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase. You will have 7 days to return any print to exchange or refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return items in their original condition and be offered a choice of:
A full refund less postage.
Credit for the value of the artwork to be used within six months of initial purchase.
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned under this policy. These include framed art, limited edition or commissioned pieces.
To be eligible for a refund or credit these conditions of return must be met –
Illuminate Gallery must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Upon confirmation that an item is eligible for our money-back
Items must be in original condition with no damage.
Items must be repackaged in the original packaging and all original documentation must be included.
Proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
Item(s) must be returned and inspected before any credit or refund is granted. If any of the above conditions are not met, Illuminate Gallery reserves the right not to offer any credit or refund.
Refunds will be made in the same tender of the original purchase
I want something specific. can i order custom prints?
Yes you can! We have a broad network of photographers and stylists who can find your perfect artwork or create something specific to your aesthetic. If you would like to discuss the possibility of commissioning a unique piece of photography please contact us at email@example.com
